  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Standard Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days] for delivery within the continental United States.

  • Shipping times may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Magnetic Art Creations is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at magneticartcreations@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at magneticartcreations@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
