Thank you for shopping at Magnetic Art Creations]! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our magnets. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 2 calendar days from the date you received your magnet(s) to initiate a return. Damaged or Defective Magnets ONLY.

If your magnet(s) arrive damaged or are defective, please contact us immediately at MagneticArtCreations.com within 2 days of receipt.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and their packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our customer service team at magneticartcreations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please do not send items back without an RA number.
4. Return Shipping

For non-defective/non-damaged returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.

For damaged/defective items: Magnetic Art Creations will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the eligibility criteria.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or type, if applicable, and if eligible), please indicate this when you contact us to initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
